Anna is an AI assistant, provided by Corveria ehf., that helps businesses answer their customers. We want you to know how it works and where its limits are.

What Anna is

Anna uses AI language models to understand questions and write replies, drawing on the information each business has given it. It is a tool to answer common questions quickly and to connect you with a person when needed.

What to keep in mind

• Anna can be wrong. AI replies are generated automatically and can be incomplete, out of date, or mistaken. Please check anything important.
• Not professional advice. Anna does not give legal, medical, or financial advice. For decisions that matter, talk to a qualified person.
• A human is available. If Anna cannot help, or you would rather talk to a person, you can ask to be referred to the business's team.

Transparency

• We tell you when you are interacting with an AI assistant.
• Conversations may be reviewed to improve the answers you receive, and we do not use them to train the AI models. How your data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy and, for data we process on a business's behalf, our Data Processing Agreement.
• Replies are generated with the help of AI providers. We list them, with where they process data and the safeguards involved, in our Sub-processor list.

Your data and your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to its use. If you used Anna on a business's website, that business decides how your chat data is used; contact them, or contact us at [email protected] and we will help direct your request.
